Hi! I sort of lost track of time there... first I was sick FOREVER. Then, recently, I've been stressing about graduation and trying to make sure I'm caught up on everything - and I had college orientation this weekend. And to top this whole week off, it's been hot. Humid as hell, and we've gotten out of school early the on the last two days of classes solely because it's too damn hot to be ANYWHERE without air conditioning.
I've finished Roomie Socks... but it's just to hot to even think about making her wear them for a photo-shoot.
Okay, but orientation. It was awesome, and apparently I have not forgotten how to make friends! I met a girl who is also an English major, and was just great - one of the kinds of people that is who she is and makes no apologies. I did my schedule and I think I'll have enough time to continue my hobbies next year too!
I've been a little bored with my music lately. I just wanted to know if anyone had an suggestions? I love indie music... like Mercy by Duffy, (this is overplayed, but i love it...) starlight by muse, and O Valencia by the Decemberists.
Any new suggestions? Specific songs please! :)

no idea what indie music is, but I've been a bit obsessed with Mr. Brightside by the Killers, Ocean Avenue by Yellowcard, and Have a Nice Day by Bon Jovi. Let me know if you find any cool bands!
I just found Anya Marina the other day - Miss Halfway is catchy. And The Ditty Bops are great - Skinny Bones, Sister Kate, Fish to Fry are all good songs that come to mind.
