Rhinebeck Part Two: From the Beginning Now

We left CT at 9am, and got to the fair at 11am. It was crowded but the line at the gate wasn't very long. the crowds inside the buildings were what I expected, crowded and alot of "excuse mes" and I kept loosing track of my large bag and hitting yarn with it!

I bought this, from Spirit Trail Fiberworks. (I'm really regretting leaving behind some sock yarn there, but no matter how hard I try I can not spend more than $25 for sock yarn)

Then the ravelry meetup! I meet a bunch of people, and before I sort of broke the ice with Caro! (Then Mary-Heather, Jess, and Laura Chau! - she's wearing Ysolda's knits! Which seemed to be a theme!)

I met alot of people, but next year, I hope to make actual plans to meet people there, and at the ravelry party!

I had a long day at work, so I'm going to wrap up Rhinebeck tomorrow or the next day. For now, look at what I've already started spinning! (A superwash merino blend with nylon, it'll be perfect for socks for mike!)

Rhinebeck was a blast wasn't it? You're in the background of one of my Rhinebeck photos, so it was really funny to run across YOUR Rhinebeck photos!
